Smart-binder PB-600C
The Smart-binder PB-600C system is designed to be fed from a stream of sheets directly from a cut-sheet printer. Optional in-line folding can reduce the sheet format size to required finished book size, if needed. The sheets then enter our SCF-100 (sheet collector and feeder) where they are collected on top of each other to form loose book blocks. These book blocks are then rotated to the vertical and pushed automatically into the clamp of the single-clamp BB3002 binder. Optional in-line book trimming is available after binding.The Smart-binder PB-600C system produces high quality books up to 60mm thick at speeds up to 360 books/hour in-line with digital cut-sheet printer

Smart-binder PB-600S
The Smart-binder PB-600S system is designed to be fed from loose book- blocks (sheet piles) directly from a sheet stacker system (which may be part of a web or cut-sheet print line). The sheets pile enter our SSF (sheet set feeder). These book blocks are then rotated to the vertical and pushed automatically into the clamp of the single-clamp BB3002 binder. An Optional in-line book trimmer is available after binding. The Smart-binder PB-600S system produces high quality books up to 60mm thick at speeds up to 360 books/hour in-line with a sheet stacker.
