Building the IBIS customer service team - and Martin Reed's retirement

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide faster, more efficient customer support worldwide, we are pleased to announce the strengthening of this key area of our business.

Effective 1st October we welcomed two new team members:.

Chris Findlay - Operations & Service Manager
Chris is now leading machine manufacture and supply, along with all aspects of customer support. He takes over from Martin Reed, who has recently retired after an incredible career with IBIS.

Farewell to Martin Reed

Martin is retiring after 24 years of dedicated work in managing IBIS machine manufacture and customer support. We wish him a very happy retirement and extend our many thanks for all his hard work and commitment over the years.
