Issues playing Mp4 videos after download

eg, unzipping, or no sound when playing

(On Windows machines), tested on Windows 7

After download unzip the video (right-click on zip file, select 'Extract All'). Choose location or accept default location
Right-click on mp4 file, select 'Open with' and then select 'Windows Media Player'. It should then run correctly.
