Booklet corner rounder and spine squarer
The ARSD-100 module may be connected in-line to the Smart-binder delivery conveyor in order to round the corners of the booklet and/or square the booklet spine.

A cutting die is used to round the corners and high-pressure clamps are used to square the spine. Touch screen controls allow the operator to select either one cut or two rounding cuts, or to select only spine-squaring, or only corner-rounding. The finished booklets are then delivered onto an optional shingle delivery conveyor MS45 DC, or directly into the booklet stacker BSS-10.
Note: If only spine-squaring is required then refer to the ARSD-S-100 option. The spine-squaring function of the ARSD-100 is (like the ARSD-S-100) faster and can handle a thicker booklet, compared with the lower-cost spine squarer option SM-101.
