IBIS and CERM Integration
IBIS and CERM (MIS software for Labels & Packaging) have partnered to deliver fully integrated, automated workflows for the label and packaging industry.
Through this new integration, the IBIS Smart Label Binder (SLB) communicates directly with CERM MIS, bringing real-time finishing data into your Management Information System (MIS).
Finishing has historically been one of the hardest production stages to quantify but now the Smart-binder and Smart Label-binder can send live updates directly into your MIS, data on job status, material usage, machine activity, and the production progress, while also recognising which CERM job is currently running. Using JMF (Job Messaging Format), machine activities such as Running, Breakdown, and Job Complete are automatically captured and transmitted to CERM’s Shop Floor Data Collection module.
